There are four roles: Company Leader, Company Administrator, Group Administrator, and Member, each of which allows limited activities within the eSignon platform to perform functions such as start, view, cancel, delete, retire, create shared folders, delete shared folders, and move shared folders.

Every signed eSignon eSignature document comes with an audit trail certificate for the completed document to provide all parties to the transaction with proof of the signing process. An audit trail certificate is a certificate that shows how a document was processed for an eSignon-completed document, and it includes the document's basic information, creation information, signature information showing who signed, timing information detailing when and where each participant signed, and the completed document itself. An audit trail certificate is a certificate that is sent along with the completed document at the time of signing to prevent future legal disputes and provide evidence to support the legal validity of the eSignature.
